Barakah

Have you heard of the word barakah before? It is means of anything defy expectations. This is the easiest way I can explain the concept. Allah, can place barakah in anything. It can be found in our food, our health, our paycheck, our homes, our time through out the day, the list continues. It is a blessing from Allah to receive barakah.

I have spent a lot of time reflecting on the meaning of barakah in my own life. I’ve learned about this term years ago, recently I’ve been more keenly aware of barkah. Having knowledge of something but no application it is problematic.

Why Goals are Important

If you already know me, you may know that goals and dreams are something I struggle with. One point in my life I didn’t even see the point. Alhumdulillah, now I know that without dreaming, or setting goals we have nothing.

I began dreaming again and implementing the steps necessary to reach my goals. This concept to me lead to the creation of my Barakah Book for Muslima Entrepreneurs.

In this book you will find a simple break down of how to set a goal and reverse engineer them. Breaking it down in to bite size tasks that remove all the overwhelm.

As humans often overwhelm can stops all progress. Knowing this I created a system to fuse deen and dunya in your daily life. Providing a simple way to reach your goals.

What you will find Inside of the Barakah Book

Inside you will find the space to brain dump what feels messy inside your head. This tool organizes those thoughts into easy tasks for the day. There is a space for tasks that do not get completed and need to be rolled over to the next day. This simplified approach helps assist in the completion of your goals without feeling overwhelming.

Through out the book there is journal pages with ayah’s from the Quran for reflection. We all can use a bit of reflection,

In Surah 38:29 it states: “This is a blessed Book which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], that they might reflect upon its verses and that those of understanding would be reminded.”

Hopefully these pages serve as a reflection and a reminder that life is so short and a temporary. With limited time it is necessary to fuse our concentrations between deen and dunya. My hope is that this planner can help do that.

Remember to take each day and moment 1 step at a time. The small consistent action you take will have the largest impact and results.
