Revive Your Business

I sit here riddled with anxiety over the thought of starting my business over. This isn’t the first time I am starting over. I created my original blog in 2019, which was a completely different genre of topics. Beginning in business is always difficult but I felt like had built up some momentum and I was on such a roll discovering what was working and what wasn’t working.

We will discuss some steps you can take to begin the revival of your business as well.

The steps I took

November came and I found myself unable to manage my time effectively. I’d never anticipated that business would quickly blossom. But with this growth serious self sabotage. My brain repeatedly told me it couldn’t possibly be true that I now had a business. And others would never want to pay me for my services.

I quickly felt as if I was drowning from everything going on around me.

Being able to concentrate became extremely difficult. I would come up with excuses daily, as to why my laptop was just collecting dust. Days turned into weeks, and now it has been months and my business quickly became silent.

This step of assessing my current situation was necessary to decide if I even wanted to have a business. I was terrified of failing, but even more terrified of finding myself in the exact same place next month, year, or even several years from now.

Imposter syndrome is very real, and can be debilitating if you listen to it.

I didn’t have a plan in place when I was met with these feelings so it was very difficult to see clearly what I should be doing next. It is very important in business to get a clear understanding of who it is you want to help. Once you know who you are helping, quite naturally it is easier to show up. (I mean if we don’t show up then someone else will.) The only way to guarantee that others hear what it is you have to say is to speak up.

So take action and show up in all the ways that feel authentic to you.

So here it is

I’ve landed on a business name, and I’m ready to share with all of you my journey.

I’m looking forward to immense growth, learning, collaborations, and creativity. Not only in my business, but also in the businesses around me.

Bismillah, the name of my business is Zaytoon Designs. I am a done for you service provider, and teacher. I work with you side by side to help bring your course, workbooks, or notebooks to life. Designing a completely customizable product that will aide you in your daily life or as a tool to reach others in their lives. I take what is jumbled inside of your head and creating a physical book that can be used along side any learning material.

This journey is full of never ending possibilities. I look forward to sharing this journey with all of you and seeing the never ending possibilities of what’s to come. So far on this adventure I’ve worked on journals, planners, course workbooks, goal workbooks, and much more.
